Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and review sessions to validate requirements and ensure alignment.
- Maintain requirement traceability and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos) and provide clear acceptance criteria.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and diagramming (UML, flowcharts).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and familiarity with Agile practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
