Provides technical assurance for pharmacy and radiation aspects of health research applications, coordinating reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting end‑to‑end study approval processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate technical assurance activities for pharmacy and radiation components of research applications.
- Ensure all reviews are completed, documented, and aligned with HRA processes and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between applicants, expert reviewers, and internal teams to resolve technical queries.
- Maintain accurate records of assurance activities and track progress from submission to final approval.
- Identify and assess risks related to pharmacy and radiation safety, recommending mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Experience with pharmacy and/or radiation safety regulations in a research or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical research governance and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a systematic approach to documentation and risk assessment.
