About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design and architecture of ServiceMax implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define integration strategies using REST APIs, middleware, and Salesforce tools to connect ServiceMax with ERP, IoT, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers on Apex, Lightning components, and configuration best practices.
- Establish governance, code quality standards, and CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery of ServiceMax enhancements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience architecting ServiceMax or Salesforce Field Service solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and RESTful integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, data modeling, and security within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
