About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable full‑stack applications with React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of engineers to deliver high‑quality code and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholder teams to define requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Drive project delivery, identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on‑time releases.
- Implement coding standards, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization practices.
- Participate in customer‑facing discussions, providing technical guidance and solution design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong background in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with stakeholders.
