Technical Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable global Quote‑to‑Cash solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, leveraging Azure, Power Platform, and integration services to optimize sales and marketing processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and design end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash architectures on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP for global sales and marketing operations.
- Lead the implementation of Azure‑based services, Power Platform extensions, and integration patterns to ensure seamless data flow across CRM, finance, and third‑party systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solution designs.
- Establish best practices, governance, and standards for solution development, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and Azure cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps) and data modeling with SQL Server.
- Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for extending ERP functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to create architectural documentation, technical roadmaps, and enforce governance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional global teams.
