Solutions Architect
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale Data Lakehouse solutions for core banking, leveraging Azure cloud services, Snowflake, and Apache Iceberg to build scalable, secure, and high‑performance data platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end Data Lakehouse solutions for core banking systems on Azure.
- Design data ingestion, transformation, and cataloging pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse.
- Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance policies across the lakehouse.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable data models.
- Lead performance tuning, cost optimization, and continuous improvement of data platform components.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture and platform engineering.
- Deep expertise in Apache Iceberg, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Azure Databricks, and Synapse.
- Strong background in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data lakehouse patterns.
- Experience with core banking or financial services data environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor cross‑functional teams.
