About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Architect cloud‑native, microservices‑based solutions using Kubernetes, serverless and container technologies.
- Champion AI/ML integration, selecting appropriate models and data pipelines to enhance product capabilities.
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Establish and enforce best practices for CI/CD, security, and performance monitoring across the stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record designing and deploying AI/ML‑enabled services at scale.
- Deep knowledge of microservices patterns, Kubernetes, and serverless computing.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor and grow technical teams.
