Solutions Architect
Technical Architect responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud portals, driving architecture decisions, integration strategies, and best‑practice implementations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud portals.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
- Design and implement robust integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong background in API integration, data modeling, and security architecture within the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern web development practices.
- Experience leading technical teams, defining architecture, and delivering complex portal solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
