About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve end‑to‑end solutions for financial products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Design scalable, highly available microservices on AWS, leveraging services such as ECS, Lambda, and RDS.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Lead technical reviews, architecture workshops, and proof‑of‑concepts to validate feasibility and performance.
- Mentor development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering cloud‑native solutions, preferably in the financial services domain.
- Deep expertise in AWS architecture, microservices patterns, and container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data protection in regulated environments.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools.
