About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to support SaaS sales performance dashboards.
- Develop and maintain automated reports and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 technical support to customers, diagnosing data‑related issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Document support processes, data models, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or technical support within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python for scripting and automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with Salesforce data structures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with a customer‑focused mindset.
