Software Engineer
Hands‑on Technical Administrator supporting Europe IT operations, managing laptop builds, asset tracking, onboarding/offboarding, procurement, and ensuring compliant, auditable processes across multiple offices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end laptop build, configuration, and deployment for staff across European sites.
- Manage asset lifecycle, including inventory, tracking, and disposal, ensuring accurate records in the asset management system.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, provisioning and de‑provisioning of IT equipment and access rights.
- Handle day‑to‑day IT purchasing, vendor communication, and budget tracking for hardware and software.
- Maintain and improve standard IT administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with IT engineers to resolve operational issues and support service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT administration or support roles within a multi‑office environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, with familiarity in Linux is a plus.
- Experience with asset management tools and IT procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
