We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Accounting and Policies Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's technical accounting and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, as well as providing technical accounting guidance to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide technical accounting guidance to the business, including financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure the company's policies and procedures are aligned.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical accounting and policies, preferably in a technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis, including financial statement preparation and review.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
