Technical Account Manager who partners with customers to design, deploy, and scale GPU‑accelerated AI and HPC workloads on a next‑generation cloud platform, providing deep technical guidance and operational support.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers, guiding them through architecture design, deployment, and scaling of GPU‑based AI and HPC workloads.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into platform enhancements and best‑practice recommendations.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, proofs‑of‑concept, and performance tuning sessions to ensure successful workload execution.
- Monitor customer environments, proactively identify issues, and drive root‑cause analysis and remediation.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, playbooks, and automation scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) to streamline customer onboarding and operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, GPU computing, or HPC environments, preferably with AI/ML workloads.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Linux systems, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and scripting languages such as Python.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a track record of driving issue resolution and performance optimization.
- Customer‑focused mindset and strong communication skills, capable of building trusted relationships and delivering high‑impact technical support.
