About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of the cloud security platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Conduct in‑depth security assessments, identify critical risks, and develop tailored mitigation strategies that align with client business objectives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to translate customer feedback into actionable platform enhancements.
- Lead incident response workshops, providing guidance on threat detection, containment, and remediation using runtime context data.
- Deliver regular executive briefings and technical roadmaps that demonstrate ROI and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud security, technical account management, or related roles.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS, Azure, and GCP security services and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex security data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting to technical and executive audiences.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and platform adoption in a SaaS environment.
