About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and optimization of cloud‑based communication APIs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide actionable feedback to product roadmaps.
- Analyze usage data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, recommend feature enhancements, and create tailored success plans.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, presenting insights, ROI, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating technical capabilities into business value and ensuring high customer satisfaction and renewal rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or SaaS support roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integration best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, BI dashboards) to derive actionable insights.
- Experience working with communication or messaging platforms is highly desirable.
