About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, translating business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Lead onboarding, configuration, and integration of AI code‑review tools with clients’ CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
- Provide proactive guidance on best practices for secure, maintainable code, leveraging AI insights and industry standards.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to surface client feedback and drive feature enhancements.
- Conduct regular health checks, performance reviews, and ROI analyses to demonstrate value and identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or pre‑sales engineering within the software or AI space.
- Strong background in software development, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML code‑review tools or similar developer productivity solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and a track record of driving customer adoption and satisfaction.
