About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for high‑value clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into actionable technical plans.
- Lead end‑to‑end API integration projects, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering teams to deliver robust payment solutions.
- Provide proactive guidance on best practices, security, and compliance to maximize platform adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support to shape feature roadmaps based on client feedback and market trends.
- Deliver regular technical health reports, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or customer success within the payments or fintech space.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, card networks, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and JSON/XML data formats.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Proven track record of building lasting client relationships and driving measurable outcomes.
