Technical Account Manager who acts as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, guiding them through payments platform integration, architecture design, and ongoing technical support while collaborating across product, engineering, and operations teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for strategic EU/UK customers, guiding them through the full lifecycle of the payments platform.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations, ensuring secure, high‑performance connections to the core system.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions and feature enhancements.
- Provide proactive performance monitoring, incident response, and root‑cause analysis to maintain service reliability.
- Deliver technical workshops, best‑practice guidance, and training sessions to empower customer teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
- Strong background in payments systems, API design, and integration (REST/JSON, webhooks).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java or Python and familiarity with cloud environments like AWS.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of driving customer success and adoption.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, globally distributed teams.
