About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for high‑value EU/UK customers, understanding their business goals and translating them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Lead end‑to‑end API integration projects, coordinating with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver robust payment solutions.
- Provide proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for customers’ payment flows on AWS infrastructure.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, best‑practice guides, and documentation tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with sales and product to surface customer feedback, influencing roadmap and feature prioritization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or customer success within the payments or fintech space.
- Strong understanding of payment APIs, PCI compliance, and transaction processing.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) and SQL databases.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and performance tuning.
