About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers, providing strategic guidance and advocacy across all AWS services.
- Design, architect, and review cloud solutions to ensure they meet customers' business objectives, scalability, security, and cost‑optimization goals.
- Develop and execute adoption roadmaps, including migration planning, workload modernization, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with AWS sales, support, and service teams to resolve complex technical issues and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and technical workshops to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, or managing solutions on AWS or other major cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, migration strategies, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect – Professional, DevOps Engineer) are highly preferred.
