Technical Account Manager - Domu Technology Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of AI agents into their collections workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate client feedback into feature enhancements and roadmap priorities.
• Conduct regular business reviews, performance analyses, and ROI presentations to demonstrate value and identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support initiatives, creating best‑practice documentation and knowledge bases.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate cross‑functional resolution efforts to maintain high uptime and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical account management or customer success within SaaS or AI‑driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of collections processes, credit risk, and payment ecosystems.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (SQL, Python, or equivalent) to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment with a growth mindset.
