About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, translating business objectives into actionable AI and software delivery plans.
- Lead cross‑functional delivery teams through Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with cloud best practices (AWS).
- Monitor project health, manage risks, and provide transparent status reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and expanding AI capabilities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, delivery management, or similar client‑facing roles.
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML or cloud‑based solutions in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Hands‑on familiarity with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., AWS, PMP, Scrum) are a plus.
