About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through the design, deployment, and optimization of observability solutions across logs, metrics, traces, and security events.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer requirements into actionable roadmap items and feature enhancements.
- Lead technical workshops, demos, and architecture reviews, ensuring best‑practice implementation of APM, RUM, and Kubernetes monitoring.
- Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend cost‑saving strategies that reduce observability spend by up to 70%.
- Maintain deep knowledge of platform architecture, including in‑stream analytics, SIEM integration, and cloud-native tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or solutions engineering within the observability or cloud monitoring space.
- Proficiency with Python, Node.js, AWS, Kubernetes, and SIEM technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing technical and executive audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with APM, RUM, and log/metric ingestion pipelines is highly desirable.
