Technical Account Manager responsible for driving adoption and success of a global SaaS platform, delivering technical guidance on networking, voice, and security solutions while managing strategic customer relationships.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing adoption of the SaaS platform.
- Provide deep technical guidance on network architecture, voice services, and IT security features to align solutions with customer business goals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex issues, prioritize enhancements, and communicate roadmap updates.
- Develop and deliver customized training, best‑practice workshops, and performance reviews to maximize customer value and retention.
- Monitor usage metrics and health indicators, proactively identifying risks and recommending optimization strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering within SaaS, networking, or security domains.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking protocols, VoIP/voice technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
