Lead technical support and client engagement for Microsoft‑focused managed IT and cybersecurity services, driving solution design, incident resolution, and account growth while mentoring a cross‑functional team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for key clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery of Microsoft and Azure‑based solutions.
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for complex security and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Service Desk, and executive leadership to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and present technical proposals, status reports, and post‑implementation reviews to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managed IT, cybersecurity, or technical account management roles.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure) and security frameworks.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple high‑priority incidents.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of client relationship management.
- Leadership experience, preferably in a team‑lead or senior technical role.
