About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned customers, ensuring rapid resolution of integration and configuration issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in cloud (AWS, Azure) and on‑prem environments, using SQL and Python scripts to analyze logs and performance data.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to prioritize and resolve escalated incidents, providing clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver best‑practice guidance, technical documentation, and training sessions to empower customers and internal teams.
- Track and report on key metrics (ticket volume, resolution time, customer satisfaction) to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support or account management experience in a SaaS or cloud services environment.
- Proficiency with AWS and Azure services, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and experience querying data with SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
