About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into actionable technical plans.
- Diagnose and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues, leveraging expertise in AWS and Azure services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver on project milestones, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Provide proactive guidance on best practices, security, and performance optimization for client workloads.
- Track and report on key metrics, delivering insights that drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or a related client‑facing technical role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, with hands‑on experience in deployment and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to support client reporting and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
