About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for key enterprise clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the native search advertising platform.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions and feature enhancements.
- Analyze campaign data using SQL and analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights, performance reports, and ROI recommendations.
- Manage API integrations and data pipelines, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, conducting regular business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving long‑term client retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or client success within a SaaS or advertising technology environment.
- Strong technical foundation: proficiency with SQL, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and API integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
