About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for health plan customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of data solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver data integration, analytics, and cloud (AWS) strategies that meet client objectives.
- Provide proactive guidance on best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within the healthcare domain.
- Analyze customer usage data, generate insights, and recommend enhancements to improve performance and ROI.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and technical documentation to empower client teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or customer success within the healthcare or data analytics industry.
- Strong understanding of data integration, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention through strategic technical support.
