About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for banknote processing software using C# and the .NET testing platform.
- Lead a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate user stories into robust automated test cases.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback.
- Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and metrics to improve overall product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software test automation, with strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Proven leadership experience in a QA or test‑automation team, preferably in high‑throughput or embedded systems.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Solid understanding of test design techniques, version control, and automated reporting.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
