About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical architecture for Salesforce AI and Customer 360 platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team through agile delivery cycles, providing mentorship, code reviews, and best‑practice guidance.
- Design, develop, and integrate Apex, REST APIs, and cloud services that embed machine‑learning models into customer‑facing workflows.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into robust, AI‑driven solutions.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring frameworks to maintain high release velocity and system reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Integration patterns) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI/ML models or integrating third‑party AI services into production systems.
- Proficiency with RESTful API design, micro‑services architecture, and modern CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a track record of driving technical decisions in fast‑paced environments.
