About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver robust, cloud‑native services using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
- Lead a cross‑functional team, setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of new features, from design through production deployment.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define requirements and ensure high‑quality releases.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing to accelerate delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
- Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and message‑driven patterns.
- Proven ability to mentor developers, manage priorities, and deliver on time in an Agile environment.
