About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Lead a small team of developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and best‑practice guidance.
- Design and implement RESTful integrations with external systems, ensuring data consistency and performance.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce codebase, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning, and integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.
