Software Engineer
Technical leader responsible for designing and delivering Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI solutions on AWS, with deep expertise in embeddings, vector stores, LLM orchestration, and financial services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, embedding generation, and vector store management.
- Design, deploy, and optimize LLM orchestration and prompting strategies for agentic AI applications.
- Lead the integration of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, S3, OpenSearch, IAM, VPC, Secrets Manager) to build secure, scalable, and cost‑effective solutions.
- Collaborate with banking and financial clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Mentor engineering teams, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement in AI model performance and system reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building RAG or similar AI pipelines, with strong knowledge of embeddings and vector databases.
- Proven expertise in AWS cloud services, especially serverless compute, data storage, and security components.
- Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.
- Solid background in the financial or banking domain, including familiarity with compliance and data governance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering complex AI projects on time.
