About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical standards.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Design and implement Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration solutions (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft) to meet complex enterprise requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and best practices within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning, and integration patterns.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and mentor technical teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivering projects on time.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
