About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver high‑availability, cloud‑native services on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, code quality, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration with Kubernetes, and automated testing to accelerate release cycles.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production workflows.
- Mentor team members on best practices in software design, DevOps, and cloud architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full‑stack development with Python and Node.js.
- Proven expertise in AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3) and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and automated testing.
- Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring.
