Lead a high‑performance team designing and delivering production‑grade embedded Linux solutions on Kubernetes, driving best practices, architecture, and continuous deployment pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable embedded Linux systems on Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality gates for embedded Linux development.
- Lead continuous deployment pipelines, adopting trunk‑based development and automated CI/CD workflows.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, maintainable architectures.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with RKE2 and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Linux OS management and embedded system design.
- Proven track record in software architecture and senior engineering leadership.
- Strong understanding of continuous deployment, trunk‑based development, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.
