About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver high‑performance web and mobile applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Guide and mentor a distributed development team, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure robust cloud deployment on AWS, optimizing for scalability, security, and cost.
- Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong background in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and container orchestration.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with product, design, and operations.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
