Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing data and AI team, architecting end‑to‑end solutions on AWS, driving model development in Python, and ensuring scalable data pipelines for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end data and AI solutions for large enterprise customers.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers and product managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, data warehouses and model deployment workflows on AWS.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring high quality, performance and security.
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in ML engineering and DevOps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, ML engineering or data architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience building production‑grade ML models.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS services (SageMaker, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
