Software Engineer
Lead cloud engineering initiatives, designing and delivering scalable, secure solutions on AWS and Azure while guiding a team through CI/CD automation, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Lead a cross‑functional team in adopting Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with AI and data engineering groups to integrate cloud infrastructure with advanced analytics and machine‑learning workloads.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud governance, cost optimization, and compliance.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement of development processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and operating large‑scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Proficiency in scripting/automation with Python and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of security, networking, and cost‑management best practices in cloud environments.
