About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines using Python and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Implement CI/CD workflows for ML models, ensuring reproducibility and rapid deployment.
- Monitor model performance in production, applying drift detection and retraining strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong Python background.
- Proficiency in AWS ML services and experience building production‑grade pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Experience with Node.js and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
