Job Mission 🚀
As a Team Trainer here at Tibber you’ll play a key role in the development of learning excellence culture & help develop skills & competencies in Support Heroes to help address our customer problems. You’ll work data-driven, cross-functionally, and with a clear focus on both innovation and growth.
What you'll do ✅
Identify training gaps across both new hires and existing team members, and design tailored learning sessions to address them
Manage and deliver training programs to help in-house and BPO teams meet performance targets
We’re embracing new technology, and in this role, you’ll help shape how AI can improve learning and development at scale. You’ll use AI-powered tools to create smarter training content, personalise learning experiences, and find new ways to support agent performance and growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procedural changes are smoothly integrated into training programs
Contribute to building a culture of learning excellence and continuous improvement
Organize and facilitate training sessions to communicate new procedures and updates
What we're looking for⚡
We believe you are someone who enjoys helping others learn and grow, and who brings a practical, collaborative, and curious approach to work. You are comfortable turning insights into action, working across teams, and making complex topics clear and easy to understand for different audiences.
We believe you bring:
Experience in a customer service training environment
Hands-on experience using AI to improve learning outcomes, for example through AI-supported coaching, role-plays, simulations, and content creation
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify knowledge gaps and act on insights
Experience managing projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
The ability to create clear and effective presentations on complex topics
The ability to understand the function and performance of technical equipment and products
Fluency in English, together with either Swedish or German
