About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and custom .NET applications that meet business needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage project timelines.
- Ensure integration with Azure services, data sources, and security standards.
- Drive best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing for rapid, reliable releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Power Platform and custom application development.
- Strong background in Azure, .NET, and related cloud services.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.
