About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop AI and automation solutions using Python and leading ML frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, data, and operations stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable, production‑ready systems.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through rigorous testing, CI/CD pipelines, and best‑practice reviews.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging AI technologies and integrating them into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical lead or senior engineer in AI/ML and automation domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands‑on experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architecture design, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
