About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary system engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Drive automation initiatives across deployment, monitoring, and configuration management using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to define and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, security hardening, and incident response.
- Analyze system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system engineering or DevOps roles, with proven leadership in a technical team.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
