Lead an expanding verification team focused on AI‑driven testing for a connectivity platform, driving next‑generation intelligent verification processes and collaborating closely with product owners, developers and DevOps engineers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional verification team, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of automated test suites.
- Design, implement and evolve AI‑enhanced testing strategies for the connectivity platform.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers and DevOps engineers to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tooling and metrics.
- Communicate test results, risks and improvement plans to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test automation, preferably with Python and Selenium or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to software testing.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile practices and DevOps pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
