Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality specialists, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve quality standards and testing strategies for Salesforce applications and related internal tools.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and architects to embed quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, maintain, and execute automated and manual test suites, ensuring comprehensive coverage and rapid feedback.
- Analyze defects, drive root‑cause investigations, and implement process improvements to reduce recurrence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms.
- Proven track record of leading QA teams in an Agile environment.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Apex test classes).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous process improvement.
