Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of Java and front‑end developers, ensuring high code quality and timely delivery.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure RESTful services with Spring Boot, integrating with relational databases and AWS services.
- Collaborate with product owners and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory compliance in healthcare applications.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in Java full‑stack development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, SQL, and AWS.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and scaling development teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare domain standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
