Software Engineer
Lead a cross‑functional team to design, implement, and govern data and AI solutions across the enterprise, ensuring high data quality, compliance, and scalable cloud architecture.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and deployment of data pipelines and AI models using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, data quality standards, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the monitoring, performance tuning, and cost optimization of data and AI workloads in the cloud.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI, or related fields with a proven track record in leading technical teams.
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, AWS (S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Glue), and data governance tools.
- Deep understanding of data quality, lineage, and compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
