About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the GenAI platform, from architecture design to production deployment.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists to deliver high‑quality AI services and APIs.
- Define and enforce best practices for model training, data pipelines, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) on AWS.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and incident response.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI/ML engineering teams in a production environment.
- Strong background in Python, Node.js, and cloud-native development on AWS.
- Hands‑on expertise with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LLMs, embeddings) and API design.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving cross‑functional collaboration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and observability tools.
